My last fitness post ended with the words, “trend up.”  In the past ten days I’ve successfully recruited last year’s running partner back to 6:00 AM run three times this week.  Fitness Activities Past 10 Days:

  • Ran 2 miles 5 times
  • Hour or more lifting routine at the gym 2 times
  • Rode bike with friends to evening meals etc. 2 times
  • Morning ride with a friend 1 time
